The Pelican South is a warm and
comfortable one bedroom ocean front with ocean view apartment. It has a
fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer inside. The building has a
gym, pool table and even an indoor racquetball court. Enjoy the beach
walk where you can walk, ride or roll your way to the perfect location
for your beach day. This apartment has a full size bed and a sleeper
sofa. It has a combination bath tub / shower with whirlpool action
jets. Just a little more than 800 sq/ft of living space makes this
comfortable for 3 or 4 adults. Pets are welcome as long as they
are well behaved. There are many things to do in this area and you will
never be bored. You can walk to everything from here so you don't
need a car. There are restaurants with Russian, Turkish, Greek, Thai,
Italian, Cuban, New York Deli style food all less than 15 minutes away
by foot. You can also walk to the 24 hour Walgreen's pharmacy too and
this is very helpful when you travel as you always need some soaps and
shampoo and toothpaste. At Walgreen's you can buy almost anything 24
hours a day. However if you do bring your car there is free covered and
