Mimobeach Policies:

Reservations, Cancellations and Adjustments – You can cancel your reservation anytime 14 days prior to arrival at no cost to you. Contact us with your request and your reservation deposit refund will be processed within 4 business days. Reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival are not eligible for refund. You can change your reservation dates at any time. Reservation date changes made less than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to limited availability and credit. You promise to not hold Mimobeach or affiliates responsible for damages due to unforeseen natural events, acts of G_d, or other events, which result in reservation adjustments. Images on this website may be used for demonstration purposes. Reservations are insured securitized financial products which can be offered for accommodations in a specialized exchange. Participation in the exchange takes advantage of aggregate market data to guarantee best price and resource location. Use of the mimobeach website constitutes your participation in this exchange.

Privacy and Insurance – With reasonable notice, a mimobeach representative may enter apartment for maintenance, repair, inspection or inventory replenishment. Supplemental insurance is recommended to protect valuables. If you wish to purchase supplemental insurance contact us for information. If you choose to not purchase supplemental insurance you promise to not hold Mimobeach or its affiliates responsible for lost or damaged goods. Your personal information will never be traded, bartered, or sold to third party non affiliates. Email contact information is used to notify you of updates regarding your account with us.

Prohibited Items - Firearms, stun guns, knives, num chucks, Chinese stars, flare guns, spear guns, bats, and all other items which could be or are considered to be weapons are not allowed in Mimobeach apartments. If you are a licensed law enforcement agent who must carry a weapon you must first check weapon with Mimobeach at info@mimobeach.com. In the subject line enter “Reservation Request Weapon Check”. You promise to not hold Mimobeach or any of its affiliates responsible for reservations canceled because of unapproved weapons. Breaking our no weapons policy will result in cancellation of reservation with no refund for unused days. Reservation deposit will be refunded within 4 business days of cancellation date.

Reservation / Security Deposits – The reservation deposit is collateral used to hold and ensure that an apartment will be available for you when you arrive. After check in the collateral is used as a security deposit. Security deposits are returned as a credit using the original transaction source within 4 business days from check out minus a 3% - 5% processing fee. Weekends, and holidays are not included in business hours. Security deposits are used to replace damaged or missing items from the apartment. We understand that in normal use a dish or a glass may be damaged. Security deposits are not used to replace items valued at less than ten dollars. However, some pillows and or towels in Mimobeach apartments are high quality items with values that exceed ten dollars. Please be sure to not checkout with these items in your possession. The best course of action is to not take them from the apartment at anytime as they could be left behind or damaged. In the event a security deposit is used to replace an item or items the balance of the security deposit will be returned to you. You promise to not hold Mimobeach or its affiliates responsible for delays in security deposit returns due to changes in issuing banks policy, disruptions in electronic services, forces of nature or other acts of God.
